A Book Tribute is a meaningful way to recognize, thank or remember a special person or milestone event. Book Tributes also enhance the Library's collection by adding books that are beyond the Library's budget and would not be purchased otherwise.
The Library will inscribe your tribute message on a bookplate that will be placed in a newly purchased book. You can select one of four bookplate designs. The minimum gift for a Book Tribute is $15.
To give a book tribute, fill out the online form. For more information call 248-232-2307.
The Library's Endowment Fund was created as an ongoing source of funding for special collections, programs, projects and other special intentions that would not be funded otherwise by the Library's budget. The fund is used to complement basic services, which are funded through a millage.
